Terms and License

These terms apply to HandyBar, a downloadable macOS utility distributed by Conses LLC.

Product

HandyBar is a native utility for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. It puts Spaces, windows, app launching, temporary items, your calendar, and system activity in a desktop bar.

Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using HandyBar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

License scope

Your license covers the number of Macs shown at purchase. You can move it to a replacement Mac through the activation flow. Keep your license key private.

Updates

A standard license includes versions released during the two years after it is issued. You may keep using those versions after the update period ends. A lifetime-updates license includes all future versions. To use a version released after a standard license’s update period, you will need a new license at the price then available.

Delivery

The app is a digital download. After Paddle confirms payment, we email the activation code to the address used at Checkout. If it does not arrive, use the in-app recovery option or contact support.

Purchases through Paddle

For transactions processed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle collects payment, calculates applicable transaction taxes, and provides the receipt. The purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. These HandyBar terms remain the supplier agreement governing use of the software and license.

Ownership

HandyBar and its software, design, documentation, and branding remain the property of Conses LLC and its licensors. A license grants the limited right to use covered HandyBar versions; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.

Restrictions

You may not resell license keys, share a license as a public credential, bypass activation limits, redistribute the software, use it for unlawful activity, introduce malicious code, interfere with licensing or update systems, or reverse engineer it except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits.

Service availability

We may update, repair, or discontinue online services used for delivery, activation, recovery, and updates. We do not promise that those services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and export

HandyBar is available only where Apple platform requirements and applicable laws allow. An issued license can be revoked when required by sanctions, export controls, abuse prevention, or law.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or a license revoked for payment reversal, fraud, license sharing, attempts to bypass activation limits, material violation of these terms, or when required by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.

Refunds and cancellation

Any applicable refund or cancellation conditions are the terms presented when the license was obtained. See the delivery, refund, and cancellation policy.
